Lisburn YMCA works closely with young people,  families and vulnerable groups, in partnership with statutory and other voluntary organisations. The youth work team offer a number of structured and informal activities which centre on personal and social development. Health promotion is an integral feature of it’s work and programmes are offered in areas such as alcohol misuse, emotional health, relationships and sexuality. It also provides vocational training through the START programme, helping unemployed young people acquire qualifications and work experience.

Lisburn YMCA is managed by a local management board.
