HomeOur Work › Youth Vocation & Training

Our holistic approach to young people provides vocational support to non-formal learning.

Youth Vocation

Youth Vocational (training programmes, as well as other back to education and employment initiatives) provides support for a young person’s ‘next steps’ in life; be that employment support, personal development, career advice, education and skills, and/or work experience. These programmes help young people achieve success through non-formal learning.

STEP (Support Training and Enterprise Programme) – This programme is aimed at early school leavers aged 17-25 who frequently remain on the margins of the workforce often hindered by weak interpersonal skills, poor qualifications, a lack of confidence and consequent poor motivation.
